San Diego County Breweries
I recently moved into the area and discovered that the county has had over 200 breweries and over 150 still active! My quest is to visit and sample all of them. (Brewery must have a tasting room and brew on site.) Here are my visits so far.

    My favorites so far:
    1) Best presentation - Amazing architecture - Stone Brewing Co. (Escondido)
    2) Best selection - Wide assortment of dark/strong ales - Port Brewing / The Lost Abbey (San Marcos)
    3) Best theme - Based on that beer was safer than water during the plague - Black Plague Brewing (Oceanside)
    4) Most convenient - Centrally located with full menu and 750 capacity - Ballast Point (Miramar)
